What is corrective exercise?
Corrective exercise training is the essential first step of your new training program at How-Fit. Your program will begin with a comprehensive evaluation. Based on the results of this evaluation, you and your Personal Training Coach will work to correct any aches, pains, joint dysfunctions, muscular imbalances and postural-distortion patterns you may be experiencing. Within approximately four to eight weeks, you will discover how to recognize and understand the detailed messages your body is sending you, and how to respond and move in ways that keep your body healthy, fit and pain-free. Corrective exercise will give you a strong foundation on which to build your new body by eliminating your weak links and strengthening your structural integrity.
